Senior Data Center Design Electrical Engineer

At the forefront of our organization, we are seeking an accomplished Electrical Engineer to spearhead innovative design projects within data centers.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive design and equipment review for data centers in your region, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and external design engineering groups, server hardware specialists, environmental health and safety experts, field engineers, and controls engineers, to standardize processes and guarantee reliability in services delivered.
- Manage concurrent projects across multiple geographical regions, serving as a subject matter expert in electrical engineering discipline and providing technical guidance as needed.
- Support construction, commissioning, operations, and turnover, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in design/construction processes.
- Utilize expertise in managing engineering projects and collaborating with consultants to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, encompassing Operations, Commissioning, Construction, and Design.
Our team is responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all AWS global infrastructure. We ensure continuous access to innovation for our customers by supporting all data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment.
We tackle complex problems, navigating thousands of variables impacting the supply chain. Our team comprises software, hardware, network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles, working collaboratively across AWS to maintain high standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
