Construction Site Manager

Site Engineering Role

As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for leading the construction process and ensuring that all works are carried out safely and efficiently. Your expertise in setting out and technical submissions will enable you to provide clear guidance to foremen and operatives, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities.

In this role, you will be working closely with subcontractors and other stakeholders to coordinate site activities and manage traffic flow. You will also be responsible for quality reviews and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of technical method statements and oversee the testing of materials and equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure a safe working environment. Furthermore, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with project management tools such as Project and PowerPoint.
