**Job Title:** Switchboard Operator


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Switchboard Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, handle multiple phone lines efficiently, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing calls.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To answer and direct telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To take and convey messages between departments and guests.
  • To assist guests with checking into and out of the hotel in a timely manner.
  • To answer guest queries in person, over the phone or via email.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using switchboard equipment and software.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
