
Front Desk Manager Position Available

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of receptionists including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Provide exceptional guest service by maintaining high professional standards and hospitality.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively ensuring guest satisfaction.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone with strong customer service skills excellent attention to detail and passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience working on a busy hotel reception desk and be comfortable working across a 7-day week roster including mornings evenings and weekends.

We are an Irish family-owned hotel offering a unique authentic experience in Irish hospitality while visiting Dublin and the East of Ireland. Our hotel features 71 guest bedrooms as well as several restaurants and dining areas and meeting conferencing and private event spaces.
