Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our Retail Business Development Team in North Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, securing new business, and ensuring the consistent delivery of a top-tier customer experience in a high-value area.

Your primary focus will be on managing and developing new and existing retail accounts, training and developing operators handling our portfolio, ensuring excellent execution of ARYZTA products across your territory, providing excellent customer service with strong product and industry knowledge, expanding current offerings and propositions to existing customers, responding promptly to customer queries to address and resolve issues quickly, driving continual improvement of product knowledge and sharing this with customers to boost sales growth, maintaining CRM data accurately for internal use, field management, and analysis, collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as National and Key Accounts, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to meet shared goals.
