Senior Sales Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive enterprise growth by identifying, developing and closing high-value opportunities across various sectors.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, with a focus on multi-seat sales to large organisations. You will work closely with our marketing, product and customer success teams to deliver a high-quality experience to prospective clients, helping them understand the value of our solutions.
- Identify, develop and close high-value opportunities in line with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute a scalable 'land and expand' strategy to grow enterprise accounts and maximise long-term value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding individual learners into broader enterprise solutions.
- Work closely with Marketing to create targeted outreach plans across key industries and buyer personas.
- Maintain a structured and proactive approach to pipeline management, delivering accurate sales forecasts and reporting regularly to senior stakeholders.
- Participate actively in cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment and successful client onboarding and retention.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales approach, with the potential to grow into a sales leadership role as the team scales.
Requirements
Experience in enterprise sales is essential, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
