Job Title: Floor Team Member

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Floor Team Member to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests have a fantastic experience in our high-energy venue.
  • Maintain cleanliness and assist in the smooth operation of the venue.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear tables, manage glassware, and maintain overall cleanliness of the venue.
  • Monitor customer behaviour and ensure compliance with venue policies, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Work closely with bartenders and security to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the venue, ensuring all areas are clean and ready for service.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate order taking and delivery.
  2. Manage cash handling and operate point-of-sale system.
  3. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  4. Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
