Key Account Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a Key Account Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth by leveraging your expertise in advertising and consultative sales.

About the Job:

This role involves establishing relationships with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via phone calls or email marketing and conducting regular consultations and sales pitches to advise them on how to maximize their Google Ads investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Owning a portfolio of SMBs by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievement.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, Czech, and Slovak to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Czechia and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
