
Operation Excellence Manager

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute complex transactions and overrides with precision and accuracy, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor and manage the daily workflow, ensuring required processing is completed meeting all service level goals.
- Provide operational support to colleagues and serve as the first point of escalation for partners and stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and investigate process exceptions and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Escalate processing or operational issues as needed, leveraging your understanding of the issue to facilitate resolution and maintain service quality.
Requirements:
- Prioritize and complete your workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
- Maintain a deep understanding of internal and industry regulations and trends, developing and sharing knowledge of emerging issues and risks.
- Exercise discretion in managing confidential information and correspondence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standards, policies, and procedures that mitigate risk and maximize service efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Environment:
- Operate within broad and non-standard parameters, involving multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions.
- Develop expertise in products, end-to-end processes, and systems for your specialized area.
- Handle escalated issues and provide work guidance as a resource to others.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree/college diploma preferred and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
