Job Description

  • The role of the Claims Operations Manager is to lead and support the Head of Claims Operational Excellence APAC & Europe in managing the regional claims operations function.
  • You will implement best practices and operational policies to improve efficiency and governance, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside of claims.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track activity across the region, and drive a culture of continuous improvement with country operations representatives.
  • Lead regional engagement with functions such as IT, Risk, and IMT, and take responsibility for regional oversight of transitions to ESS.
  • Coordinate and consolidate key elements of XLICSE governance bodies and CBI requirements.
  • Report to the Head of Claims Operational Excellence APAC and Europe.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Project management skills and solid experience managing projects implementation from planning to execution and performance controls in a multi-cultural and international environment.
  • Results-oriented individual who can approach tasks proactively and anticipate needs.
  • Continuous Improvement focused individual willing to ask questions and explore new ideas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills (written and oral).
