Operations Excellence Leader

The Senior Operations Specialist will drive operational improvements across the business by implementing industry best practices.
This role requires a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of contamination control, cleaning validation, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a competency-based training plan focused on innovation and RFT execution.
- Ownership of the Learning and Development Program for CPMF, focusing on developing playbooks as part of Knowledge Retention.
- Drive process training for all Operational Specialists to achieve 100% training across all steps.
- Execute tasks associated with preparing for and producing Mallinckrodt products in a cGMP environment.
- Maintain a safe, cGxP compliant work environment at all times.
- Complete tasks according to SOPs and Production batch records (PBR's).
- Participate in project teams to support key business initiatives.
- Working knowledge of production operations with attention to detail and compliance to all regulatory standards.
- Experience of training personnel effectively.
- Good understanding of industry best practices across contamination control, cleaning validation, and learning and development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
