We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, full-cycle workflows across various projects.

  • Data Management:
  • Enter data accurately into various databases;
  • Manage and maintain data in internal and external systems;
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate and timely reports based on guidelines;
  • Identify and address any discrepancies;
  • Workflow Efficiency:
  • Apply necessary workflows using internal database information;
  • Understand and organize internal systems;
  • Scout properties based on specific criteria;
  • Information Research:
  • Submit requests to municipalities for cadastral and title deed information;
  • Identify necessary information about prospective sites required to begin construction;
  • Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project efficiency;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Skills:
  • Excellent spoken and written German language skills;
  • Basic spoken and written English language skills;
  • Other Skills:
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player;
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word;
