Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role will be responsible for coordinating the quality assurance monitoring programme for our department.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate quality assurance monitoring programme
  • Conduct quality assurance activities, including file sampling, file quality checking, suitability and appropriateness testing
  • Document QA activities and audit reports
  • Implement management information systems to enable reporting of quality monitoring programme
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, test cases, and test results
  • Prepare and present regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of Pershing system is desirable
  • At least five years' experience in financial services
  • Experience with exposure to MiFID, Client Asset Regulation, AML, and Data Protection is desirable
