Job Description

The role of Workplace and Facilities Manager is pivotal in driving business success. This individual will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and day-to-day operations of our workplaces and facilities across EMEA.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional employee experiences, optimizing office operations, and supporting regional growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities and real estate management, with a proven track record of effective communication, negotiation skills, and budgeting expertise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the EMEA real estate strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Managing local relationships with landlords, brokers, and other key external partners.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and representative for the EMEA Hub.
  • Overseeing all aspects of office operations for our EMEA sites, including current and future locations.
  • Establishing and refining operational processes to drive efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in facilities and real estate management.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities operations, project management, and budgeting.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
