Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Estimator to join our team. As an M&E Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for maintenance projects.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for maintenance projects, taking into account various factors such as materials, labor costs, and equipment requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to understand client requirements and project specifications, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project objectives.
  • Analyse blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Estimator within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and components.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
