About the Role

The Senior Director, Franchise Integration leads strategic leadership at the intersection of brand operations and digital platforms. This role focuses on driving digital adoption, execution, and results within the franchise while aligning with Commercial, Medical, and Data/Analytics functions.

This position acts as the integrator and quarterback for franchise digital initiatives — ensuring that platform-enabled strategies are executed with precision and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate franchise-wide and platform-level initiatives aligned with corporate OKRs and KPIs.
  • Oversee brand-level priorities within each franchise pod, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for digital enablement and franchise digital outcomes, balancing strategic priorities with real-time operational needs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare, with exposure to commercial operations, brand strategy, or field enablement.
  • 3+ years in a digital/technical role (analytics, CRM, AI/ML, or enterprise platform management).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs with both business and technical contributors.
