We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team at the 4-star hotel.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, optimise room occupancy, and deliver exceptional guest service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming reservations via phone, email, and web in a professional and friendly manner
  • Responding to queries within agreed timelines
  • Accurately inputting reservations into the Guestline system
  • Communicating guest requests to relevant departments promptly
  • Supporting the team in managing individual and group bookings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous hotel experience in a reservations role is essential
  • Experience with a hotel PMS, Rezlynx being an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Organised multitasking skills
  • Experience managing group bookings is a distinct advantage
  • Possession of passion for delivering exceptional guest service
