Reservations Supervisor

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional service and support in managing reservations for guests.

About the Position:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming reservations via various channels, ensuring timely responses to queries, and accurately inputting information into our Guestline system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of guest communication, including phone calls, emails, and web inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to guests regarding their bookings.
Requirements:
  • Prior hotel experience in a reservations or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is essential, with experience in Rezlynx being an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also crucial in this role.
