We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at a unique resort in the heart of Ireland's countryside. The resort is located on a 550-acre site offering various career opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  • To handle all internal and external calls professionally and efficiently.
  • To work collaboratively with the Spa Cleaner & Attendants to maintain a clean and well-stocked spa environment.
  • To respond promptly to guests' and members' requests and needs.
  • To manage check-ins in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guests receive necessary information during their stay.
  • To coordinate with other departments regarding billing procedures, reservations, and other requests as needed.
  • To familiarize yourself with daily conferences, meetings, and events within the resort.
  • To complete daily reports accurately and on time.
  • To ensure seamless communication and handovers with the oncoming receptionist.
  • To foster a positive working atmosphere and culture.
