Job Opportunity

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Spa Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all calls, both internal and external, in a professional and efficient manner ensuring timely responses to guests and colleagues alike.
  • Handle reservations and inquiries for treatments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with the Spa Cleaner & Attendants to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the spa.
  • Deal with guests and members requests in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Flexible working hours, including Saturdays to accommodate varying guest schedules.
  • Qualifications in QQI Level 5&6, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent to demonstrate expertise in spa operations.
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or recent graduate looking to gain valuable industry knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
