Job Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Booking Advisor to join our dynamic aftersales dealership. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless booking experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle inbound and outbound calls from customers wishing to book service or repair work. You will establish clear understandings of any symptoms or problems the customer has with their vehicle and determine workshop availability using the booking system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish clear understanding of customer requirements and preferences.
  • Determine workshop availability and schedule bookings accordingly.
  • Liaise with service advisors to discuss specific job information and resolve any queries.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding their bookings and ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Complete customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback.
  • Capture, record and update customer details in the Keyloop DMS and supporting technologies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills are essential.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Be efficient, with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
