We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Booking Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer interaction is seamless and professional.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent administration and IT skills. They will also have experience with our DMS system and be able to work on their own initiative, multitask and meet deadlines.

In this role, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls from customers wishing to book service or repair work, establishing a clear understanding of any symptom or problem the customer has with their vehicle and the work to be carried out. You will also determine workshop availability using our booking system, liaise with our service advisers regarding specific job information and any other queries, and contact customers after they have taken delivery of their vehicle to discuss their level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers

  • Capture, record and update customer details in our DMS system
  • Report writing and various ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent administration and IT skills
  • Experience with our DMS system
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
