About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and fast-paced team supporting our management team with both internal and client-facing projects.

The successful candidate will support our audit team with project coordination, process improvement and technical assistance.

  • Provides expert support to client-serving teams to facilitate the client engagement management lifecycle from onboarding to delivery.
  • Works closely with the team to develop and implement process improvements for enhanced client experience.
  • Develops an expert understanding of internal systems and provides guidance where required.
  • Collaborates with other team members for idea-sharing and skills enhancement.
  • Supports engagement teams in adopting new technologies and ways of working.
  • Supports proposal development and preparation, business development initiatives and document production.
  • Assists engagement teams in managing routine finance management processes, including achievement of departmental KPIs and metrics.
  • Supports client satisfaction initiatives and ad hoc requests.
