Job Overview

The position involves spearheading architectural advancements and functional capabilities of Workday Learning, thereby enhancing the user experience for millions.

A key role that focuses on advancing the architecture and functionality of Workday Learning to improve customer experience.

About the Team

The team's primary objective is to assist organisations in adapting to future demands by integrating Finance HR and Planning into a single Enterprise cloud solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UI architectural design decisions and develop achievable release objectives with maintainability, extensibility, and performance of the UI codebase.
  • Grow capability and capacity of dedicated UI Engineers through coaching and support, developing their skills to meet organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Docs, and Customer Support teams to drive project success.
  • Implement best practice activities to ensure long-term quality and performance of the UI.
What We Are Looking For

A proactive and motivated individual with strong development skills who can influence product strategy and implementation within Workday Learning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience developing enterprise software products, with significant Front-End development experience creating RESTful Web applications within the React ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable track record in technical leadership, guiding teams to achieve exceptional results.
