Job Overview:
The Manager of Commercial Development and Project Management will lead a team in ensuring the successful launch of key renewable and flexible technology projects. This role focuses on commercial development, fostering partnerships, securing market access, and driving projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for renewable and flexible technology projects.
- Monitor project performance across dimensions: time, cost, quality, scope, and risk.
- Oversee contractual negotiations to secure optimal business outcomes.
- Manage joint venture activities and relationships.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with governance and reporting requirements.
- Mentor and develop a team of project management professionals.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in energy or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong technical understanding of electricity transmission grid planning, development, and operation.
- Experience leading teams and delivering projects in challenging environments.
