Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Centre Administrator to join our team. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of tests at Prometric test centers.

You will supervise test candidates, receive them and visitors, perform security and verification checks, and monitor candidates during tests to maintain a secure environment.

Additionally, you will sign test candidates in and out of the testing room, file reports for irregularities or complaints, and manage locks and security systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player. You will also be required to operate computer hardware, test center equipment, and assist operations and technical staff with data communications.

Maintenance of cleanliness of the Test Centre and ensuring a safe work environment is also an essential part of this role.

In this position, you will participate in quality assurance, audits, and company initiatives as a team player.

  • Flexibility in hours and ability to cover other test centers if needed is preferred.
  • Candidate should have customer service experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
