Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

This role plays a crucial part in the smooth financial operation of residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing payroll and supporting the overall financial health of the residential section.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Generate and send client invoices, follow up on receivables.
  • Manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time.

  • Address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data.
  • Stay informed about relevant accounting and tax regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role in the construction industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is necessary.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
