Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

  • Oversee the electrical services design for various Data Centre projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Specify and design electrical building services systems that meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct continuous quality checks on design and installation processes to maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Develop detailed tender packages, reports, and analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the design team and client to develop project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and uphold electrical design standards within the organization, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Mentor and guide engineering staff to enhance their skills and contribute to team success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of CIBSE, BS, IS, and EN standards governing electrical design and installation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit, with expertise in designing and detailing complex electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of other engineering analysis software is an advantage, enabling the successful candidate to leverage innovative tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, with a strong academic record.
  • At least 9+ years of experience in electrical building services consultancy design, preferably with data centers, industrial, or high-tech developments.
  • Chartered status is highly valued, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.
