**Job Description**We are currently seeking an entry-level professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering high-volume inbound calls, dealing with customer questions and renewals enquiries, making outbound calls, updating customer details and queries accurately on the internal database, evaluating customers' requirements and providing suitable cover solutions, and developing good negotiation and sales skills.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**To qualify for this role, you must have:• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use software applications and databases• Ability to learn and develop your career in the insurance industry
