Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious Project Director to spearhead and deliver high-impact projects focused on operational efficiency and cross-functional improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a diverse range of strategic projects across the organisation.
  • Drive initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and optimise processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 35 years' experience in a Senior Project Management role within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering solutions.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills; thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • A structured individual who stays calm under pressure and keeps projects moving forward.
