Senior Nursing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Nursing Manager to lead our orthopaedic and neurosurgical nursing team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the effective management of a busy department.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate, assess, plan, implement and review patient care in line with established standards and guidelines.
- Provide safe and comprehensive nursing care to patients, adhering to professional codes of conduct and clinical guidelines.
- Manage a caseload of patients in accordance with departmental needs and priorities.
- Develop and implement nursing strategies and innovations to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with local and national standards.
- Registered Nurse qualification with extensive experience in orthopaedic and neurosurgical nursing.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
