Job Title

Lead Transformation Expert

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving large-scale transformation programmes across multiple disciplines.

  • You will develop and execute enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate business process redesign, technology advancements, and operating model transformation to achieve organisational goals.
  • Monitory and reporting of programme performance, risks, and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across business transformation activities, promoting agility and adaptability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Expertise

  • Proven experience in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with a strong track record of successful programme delivery.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in enterprise systems, such as PeopleSoft, with experience in implementation and configuration.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Relevant industry certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • A proven track record in transformation, programme delivery, or implementation roles within the financial services sector.
