Group QHSE Manager Job Description

As a Group QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for championing safety, quality, and environmental excellence across multiple sites.

This is a pivotal role where you will shape standards, lead improvements, and influence every level of the business.

  • Drive a positive, proactive safety-first culture across all sites.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Keep the business aligned with ISO standards (ISO 9001) and evolving legislation.
  • Provide expert advice and training to staff and managers at all levels.
  • Report directly to senior management, shaping strategy and best practice.
  • Be the point of contact for regulators and external audits.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • 5 years + experience at this level.
  • Experience managing QHSE across multiple sites in construction, manufacturing, or a similar sector.
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE law, standards, and ISO systems.
  • The ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively with teams at all levels.
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
