Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to foster and generate new distribution and volume by establishing and nurturing relationships with regional accounts. A valid driving license is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a predetermined number of outlet visits per week, aligned with client KPIs.
  • Achieve a minimum quantity of visits to new distribution points, in line with client KPIs.
  • Negotiate and maintain the increase of distribution for both new and existing products, aligned with client KPIs.
  • Contribute to other activities that generate returns on investment.

Benefits:

  • Ensure key SKUs are available in chiller/Shelf/Display with correct prices displayed.
  • Maintain maximum outlet awareness of all existing products and new product launches through POS, national, and local activity.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Analytical, able to interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Administration and organisational skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Previous retail, food service, and/or FMCG sales experience desirable but not essential.
