Join our team as a Customer Success Manager, where you will play a key role in developing and strengthening strategic relationships within assigned accounts. This involves promoting Open Text's solutions, support and services capabilities to existing customers with the aim of securing strategic enterprise agreements and high-touch customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term post-sales relationships with customer accounts critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth.
  • Manage services and generate sales among key accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as point of contact for assigned customers under minimal supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
  • Report directly to the Manager of Customer Management (MCM)
  • Conduct sales activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably with experience in Sales or Customer Success Management. You will be responsible for managing an assigned territory of accounts, servicing and upselling them, and driving retention as well as expansion.
