Job Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will:
- Assist in the allocation of rent to client accounts and develop initiatives to automate this process;
- Administer expenses, including VAT, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions;
- Support the acquisition and sales processes, as well as annual valuation and LPT registration;
- Liaise with professional advisors, such as solicitors, agents, and property managers, to ensure seamless communication;
- Address ad hoc queries from clients and their advisers, providing timely and accurate responses;
- Design initiatives to address areas giving rise to queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate or similar background that demonstrates numeracy and attention to detail;
- Some understanding of finance, pensions, and/or real estate, as well as excellent reporting skills;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships, including experience in managing internal and external teams;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads, with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
