Associate Director in Risk Consulting

A highly experienced and skilled professional is sought to lead large-scale risk consulting initiatives, drive performance against targets, and contribute to future strategy through thought leadership.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Associate Director in Risk Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, advising them, and leading client engagements to strengthen relationships and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Lead end-to-end large-scale risk consulting initiatives or programmes of work, partnering with clients to shape and deliver value.
  • Analyse complex client challenges and design tailored solutions, considering risk, structure, timelines, and cost.
  • Drive performance against targets, ensuring outcomes align with client expectations and strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in risk management, compliance, or related advisory roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in risk and compliance frameworks, governance structures, processes, risk, and control analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple concurrent projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
