Effective Contract Management is a critical aspect of project success. As a skilled Contracts Manager, you will oversee high-level contract activities from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement contract strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication
  • Prepare and update project-specific programs to optimize efficiency
  • Plan master programs for all departments and projects, driving consistency and productivity
  • Coordinate site installations with client representatives, fostering strong relationships
  • Liaise with key suppliers and subcontractors to secure top-tier services
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management at all stages of the project, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Assist with timely submission of accurate monthly and final account claims, negotiating favorable terms
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including quality control and health and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Third-level Civil Engineering qualification or proven track record in delivering diverse projects
  • Understanding of construction methodology and its applications
  • Previous experience in a senior management role with a main contractor, driving growth and innovation
  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual required, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, maximizing efficiency and meeting challenging work goals
  • BIM experience a significant advantage, as well as tender submission expertise
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships
