Project Delivery Executive:

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Executive to play a key role in the successful delivery of large projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend project start-up meetings and manage all mechanical and electrical aspects, delivering the project on time and within budget.
  • Collate technical submittals, ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval.
  • Manage labour tracker.
  • Maintain Progress Report weekly, reporting and managing any changes/variations.
  • Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
  • Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
  • Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
  • Implement construction and commissioning programmes for the job and oversee commission plan implementation on site.
  • Manage handover process and maintain document management system.
  • Project scheduling.
  • Attend meetings as required with Sub Contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate innovative project-specific works to Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project delivery gained across the M&E industry.
  • Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects, on time and within budget.
  • Experience of managing large teams including PM's, Site Manager, Foremen etc.
  • Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
