Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of IT Project Coordinator, who will work closely with customers, internal teams, and vendors to deliver various IT projects successfully.

This position involves assisting in planning, coordination, and delivery of IT-related projects focusing on industrial vending solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and support project managers in tracking milestones and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating IT-related projects, focusing on industrial vending solutions.
  • Act as primary liaison between customers and IT team, ensuring smooth communication and translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support project managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design and implementation planning.
  • Coordinate hardware and software installations, configurations, and testing activities.
  • Document project activities, including requirements gathering, implementation steps, and post-deployment reviews.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, timelines, and any issues encountered.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience with industrial vending systems or similar technology solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project coordination or IT support/admin roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, or hardware deployments – particularly relevant to industrial equipment or vending solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact professionally with both technical teams and customers.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations and project work (as required).
