Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Product & Development team. This role is key to ensuring smooth and timely execution of projects by supporting our Software Developers. You will coordinate sprints, track progress, facilitate communication, and help manage deliverables across the full software development lifecycle.

This is an ideal role for someone with a background in tech or SaaS, who enjoys bringing structure to fast-paced environments and working with highly skilled engineering and product professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Software Developers to manage projects and help define sprint goals.
  • Support day-to-day coordination of cross-functional product and development projects.
  • Schedule and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Track development progress and ensure alignment with timelines and priorities.
  • Monitor workloads and help identify bottlenecks, risks, or blockers early.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with internal stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
  • Help ensure high-quality releases and coordinate weekly pushes by coordinating tasks between engineering, QA, and product teams.
  • Support the Product team with initiatives such as roadmap execution, feature rollouts, and process improvements.
What you need to succeed
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating projects within a tech or SaaS environment, preferably working with Software Developers.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. You Track, Trello or similar).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal (English).
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-moving environment.
  • A basic understanding of software development processes and terminology.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a SaaS or B2B product company.
  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Slack, GitHub, YouTrack, Trello, Figma.
  • Agile certification (e.g. ScrumMaster) is a plus.
  • An interest in CRM or productivity software.
