Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and leading projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver processing equipment within planned timelines and scope.
  • Develop User Requirement Specifications and evaluate vendors based on their capabilities.
  • Place orders, manage design reviews, and participate in Factory Acceptance Testing.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME BPE 2019 Standard and relevant ISPE Guidelines.
  • Coordinate equipment installation, services hook up, and commissioning.
  • Lead the Project Team participation in qualification and handover training.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience/Knowledge:
    • Third-level qualification in an engineering or equivalent discipline/experience.
    • Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in Biologics, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical device industry.
    • Proven track record in project management.
  • Other requirement:
    • Ability to travel for design review meetings, build inspections, and Factory Acceptance Tests.
