Job Title - Senior Construction Manager

A challenging opportunity has now arisen for a skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to take on a leadership role in our Dublin office.

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished professional with a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead project teams effectively.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • SUPERVISING construction projects from start to finish with precision and attention to detail
  • MANAGING site operations, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting client expectations
  • COORDINATING with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve seamless project delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on project progress, providing valuable insights for future projects
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Supervising Builder or Foreman in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects
  • A recognized trade qualification (e.g., Carpentry) or a degree in Construction Management, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge of construction principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyze data and create effective project plans
