Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management group, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success, developing and implementing strategies to minimize their impact.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 7+ Years of Experience in Construction Management: You should have significant experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex construction projects.
• Professional Certification: You should hold a relevant professional certification, such as CCM or PMP, to demonstrate your expertise and commitment to the field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management: You should hold a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or civil engineering.

Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Additional Languages: You should be fluent in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, German, and other languages spoken by our global client base.
• Knowledge of Critical Data Center Equipment: You should have extensive knowledge of critical data center equipment, including generators, uninterruptible power supplies, switchgear, transformers, power feeders, chillers, plumbing, fire detection/suppression, air handling units, computer room air handling/conditioning units, UPS, CRAH, CRAC.
