Senior Construction Manager


Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to lead our high-profile housing project in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with the programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor productivity and quality on-site, providing regular updates and reports to the Site Manager and Project Manager.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring alignment with the construction schedule.
  • Attend weekly progress and coordination meetings with internal and external teams.
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate site diary, recording labour levels, daily activities, and progress against targets.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior construction management role, preferably on large-scale residential projects.
  • Background with a main contractor or large subcontractor is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
  • Ability to lead teams, resolve problems on-site, and maintain workflow under pressure.
