Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled construction professional to lead our team on a high-profile housing project in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with the programme.
  • Monitor productivity and quality on-site, providing regular updates and reports to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring alignment with the construction schedule.
  • Attend weekly progress and coordination meetings with internal and external teams.
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate site diary, recording labour levels, daily activities, and progress against targets.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Support the control and efficient use of materials, plant, and equipment on-site.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally on large-scale residential projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
  • Ability to lead teams, resolve problems on-site, and maintain workflow under pressure.
