About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • To provide personalized care and support to our clients, assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their independence.
  • To work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care and services to our clients.
  • To maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns or issues to management.
Requirements
  • A proactive person with excellent communication skills, able to use own initiative and decision making skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with empathy and kindness towards others.
  • Good communication skills and a desire to genuinely help others and make a difference.
  • Honesty and integrity, with a strong work ethic and reliability.
