About Us
Priory GP CIC is a friendly and dynamic GP Federation looking for an experienced administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to our GPs and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responding to telephone and email enquiries in relation to practice business.
- Provide administrative support to our GPs and other healthcare professionals, including preparing medical records, managing patient data, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the smooth operation of our practice, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Gained experience working in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Hold GCSE qualifications in English and Mathematics (Grades A-C or equivalent).
- Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software and experience of using database systems.
