The Executive Assistant to the COO will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting strategic initiatives.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the COO's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive communications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external parties, including executives, department heads, and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Support: Support the COO in strategic planning and project management, providing insights and administrative assistance as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and office tasks.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring completion within deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other executive assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a high-level administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
