Senior Video Communications Specialist

Overview of the Role:
The primary objective is to support layer 1 Voice / VC activities for add, moves and changes for the Cork Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be involved in the direction of overall internal video communications technology and in improving the quality of the existing and future systems used globally.
- Support existing Video conferencing, voice systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate and recommend both tactical and strategic video, networking and collaboration capabilities.
- Maintenance of Campus Desktop phone / VC.
- Wiring Closet cabling/Patching.
- Wiring Closet inspection and maintenance.
- Comms Room inspection and maintenance.
- Solving trouble tickets and service requests.
Requirements:
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland or an Irish/UK/EU passport.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be eligible to work full time and long term in the specified location or currently hold a valid long term work visa.
